PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The PP printing ink is suitable for printing on PP (polypropylene) products, the main application fields are the printing of words and patterns on electronic products, household appliances, plastic packaging, daily necessities, automotive interiors, plastic toys etc.
PP printing ink also can print on TPU , TPR , PE , PET , PA , PC , PMMA , POM , BOPP and other materials’ products.
The PP printing ink has excellent adhesion, good wear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, as well as cold and heat resistance.
PP ink can be used for both screen printing and pad printing.
Any color of PP printing ink can be customized.

Solvent: Dilute ink
Mixture weight ratio: A : B : Solvent = 100 : 15 : 10
Color: Any color
USAGE
1, Clean the surface of products.
2, Mix Component A, Component B, Solvent at weight ratio A:B:Solvent = 100 : 15 : 10
( for example, the 100 grams Component A, the 15 grams Component B mixing 10 grams Solvent ).
The mixed ink must be stirred evenly.
3, Print the ink on the products’ surface.
4, This ink can dry at room temperature or be dried by baking.
Method 1: The ink can dry at room temperature after 24 hours.
Method 2: The baking temperature is 80℃ to 180℃, and the baking time is 10 minutes to 50 minutes.

ATTENTION
1, The mixed ink should be used up within 8 hours.
2, If the ink need to have stronger adhesion, more Component B can be added.
For example, mix Component A, Component B, Solvent at weight ratio A : B : Solvent = 100 : 20 : 10
