PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RTV silicone sealant LN-53AB is a two-component , composed of liquid LN-53A and liquid LN-53B.

The LN-53AB cures into dense and highly insulating elastomer at room temperature,  suitable for sealing power module and circuit board.

After the LN-53AB is fully cured, the LN-53AB is insulating, moistureproof, shakeproof, mildewproof, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance, good repairability, acid and alkali resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-50℃to 150℃ can work stably for a long time).

APPLICATION RANGE

RTV silicone sealant LN-53AB is mainly used in sealing the new energy industry, LED street lamp driving power supply,

LED spotlight power module, electroplating power supply, power rectifier, transformer, generator set circuit board,

oven and other high heat fireproof products.

Sealing protection for high-power electronic components, electronic modules and circuit boards with high temperature resistance and heat dissipation requirements, and sealing solar junction box subassemblies.

Mixing weight ratio: LN-53A:LN-53B=1:1

Density ( g/cm³): 1.5~1.8

Hardness (Shore A): 35 ~ 45

Thermal conductivity (W/(m·K): 0.6~1.0

Volume resistivity (Ω·cm): ≥1.0*10¹⁶

MAIN PERFORMANCE

1, Long-term protection of sensitive circuits or electronic components, electronic modules and devices, whether simple or complex structure and shape can provide long-term    effective protection

2, With stable insulation properties, it prevents environmental pollution. The cured elastomer eliminates the stress caused by shock and vibration at a wide range of temperatures  and humidity.

3, It can maintain the original physical and electrical properties in various working environments, good chemical stability, resist the degradation of ozone and ultraviolet ray.

4, It is easy to remove after sealing, so that the electronic components can be repaired, and new silicone sealant can be potted into the repaired parts.

5, Excellent temperature resistance, can be used at -50℃to 150℃ for a long time without affecting performance

6, Good thermal conductivity and flame retardant property.

USAGE

1, The LN-53A and LN-53B must be thoroughly stirred before mixing (note: LN-53A and LN-53B can not use the same a stirring rod)

2, Mixing weight ratio LN-53A:LN-53B =1:1 , stir evenly after mixing, then use the mixed LN-53AB.

    The mixed LN-53AB must be used up within an hour.

3, The mixed LN-53AB  surface curing time is 1~2 hours, fully cured after 24 hours  at room temperature.

    The mixed LN-53AB  can also be cured by heating .  Heating 60℃~80℃, the curing time is 30 minutes~50 minutes.

1kg/bottle ,  25kg/barrel

STORAGE

Store at room temperature, the shelf life is 6 month without mixing.

ATTENTION

1, If electronic components are particularly sensitive to bubbles, the mixed LN-53AB need to be  eliminated bubbles in a vacuum first , then use the mixed LN-53AB.

2, When use LN-53AB, pay attention to avoid water splashing into LN-53AB, otherwise the mixed LN-53AB can not cure.
