DESCRIPTION

Thermally conductive silicone grease TF-156 is made of silicone as the main raw material and adding materials with excellent heatproof and thermal conductivity. It is used for thermal conductivity and heat dissipation of power amplifier, transistor, electron tube, CPU and other electronic components, so as to ensure the stable electrical performance of electronic instruments.  

FEATURES

1, Excellent thermal conductivity, heat dissipation, electrical insulation, moistureproof, shakeproof, and aging resistance.

2, Work at -50℃~250℃ for a long time. Its consistency changes very little when the temperature changes, showing at high temperature does not melt , does not harden, does not freeze at low temperature.

3, No corrosive effect on iron, steel, aluminum and various synthetic materials. No swelling to plastic and rubber.

APPLICATION

Widely used in thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, demoulding, antifouling, waterproof, coating, shakeproof, damping and instrument analysis.

USAGE

1,The coated surface will be wiped (washed) clean to no impurities. It can be coated or filled directly with a scraper, brush, glass rod or injector.

2, In the process of use, sometimes there are a few bubbles. Bubbles can be vented by standing, pressurizing or vacuuming.

The use of thermally conductive silicone grease is not the more the better, but the thinner the better under the premise of ensuring that the gap is filled.
